Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NICHD OD Executive Assistant to join our team at PriceSenz. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets, providing timely reports and updates.
- Communication and Liaison
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, vendors, and government agencies.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring understanding and alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute special projects, including research, analysis, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Inventory and Procurement
- Manage office inventory, including supplies, equipment, and software.
- Initiate and process purchase requests, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organizational policies.
- Education
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Skills
- Exceptional administrative, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or healthcare setting.
