Shift Requirements: This position requires flexibility in working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. The opportunity is available for a support worker to engage with children and young individuals with additional learning needs across various locations in South Wales.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- NVQ Level 3 or a minimum of 6 months experience in Residential Care
- Experience with Additional Learning Needs
- A flexible approach to work due to the nature of shift patterns and unsociable hours
- A background in athletics or sports is preferred
