About the Role

At Resource on Demand, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team of technology experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops to understand and document client requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Estimate effort and oversee the delivery and implementation of Salesforce solutions to clients.
  • Engage with and support various stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration.
  • Experience with full life cycle Salesforce implementation.
  • Fully proficient with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with the Agile development process.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience.
Experience Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience with fundraising projects, with a deep understanding of donor acquisition and management, particularly in digital acquisition.

Qualifications

ADM201 certification and a Salesforce Consultant certification are required.
