Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary:
Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working in conjunction with other sites across the UK to ensure that all customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all hauliers are accurately paid on time, either through purchase orders or commercial freight exchange debrief.
- Liaise with both external and internal customers as and when required.
- Respond promptly and resolve all telephone and email queries.
- Book in deliveries with customers.
- Chase outstanding deliveries and reasons for their delays, including updating service reports.
- Ensure relevant custom paperwork has been completed for deliveries.
- Adhere to all health and safety aspects as required.
Requirements:
- Previous planning experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive in resolving problems encountered.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivation, and planning skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
