Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Support Assistant to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Conveyancing Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing department, including preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of correspondence and documents using our case management system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with the scanning and photocopying of paperwork, as required.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required to support the business.
  • Assist Fee Earners with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity from inception to completion.
  • Order searches and review mortgage offers, reporting to clients and lenders as necessary.
Requirements
  • Ideally, you will have some administration experience within residential conveyancing.
  • You must be able to demonstrate initiative and a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • You will have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
