About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people aged 7 to 18 who have complex needs, including autistic spectrum disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our young people with daily living tasks, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Conduct regular checks on the children and young people, monitoring their well-being and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Participate in additional tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our residential childcare services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential for this role).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
