Job Summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Newport, Shropshire. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing caseload, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including completion of standard forms and drafting, reviewing, and amending materials, correspondence, and documents.
  • Work closely with our conveyancers to develop your skills and knowledge in conveyancing law and practice.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months' experience working in a conveyancing role.
  • Excellent people skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment in a friendly and supportive high street office.
