Lead Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our team in developing world-class products. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing and growing the team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, standards, and procedures
  • Manage and grow the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a mechanical engineering department
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering software
  • Proficient in CAD design tools 2D/3D (CREO, SolidWorks), mechanical simulation tools (ANSYS)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting KPIs
