Overview
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are thrilled to present an opportunity to join our vibrant and committed Central Claims team in Doncaster as a Client Relations Specialist.
We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to delivering an expert and personalized experience to our clients, ensuring they feel their needs are in capable hands with Steer Automotive Group.
Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will operate within our Central Claims contact hub, assisting clients in various capacities through our phone and email systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and effective service to both insurers and clients.
- Accurately managing customer files while fostering genuine relationships.
- Addressing inquiries via telephone and email within the contact hub.
- Efficiently assigning claims based on geographical considerations.
- Meeting targets to achieve both team and individual objectives.
