Bridge Recruitment UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:
The Soldering and Assembly Worker will be responsible for the precise soldering and assembly of lighting products tailored for customer orders. This position requires managing multiple orders simultaneously, with work orders and kits provided directly to your workstation from our storeroom.


As an assembly worker, you will also ensure the final quality control of your completed products while collaborating closely with a designated team leader.

Comprehensive product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly tasks within a manufacturing setting.
  • Mix and fill electronic components with two-part resins.
  • Hand solder wires onto printed circuit boards.
  • Prepare and cut cables as needed.
  • Manage your workload effectively while reporting to a team leader.
  • Conduct product testing at various assembly stages.
  • Identify and report any issues to the team leader.
  • Complete assemblies within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop.
  • Produce high-quality assemblies with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in electrical wiring and assembly.
  • Ability to interpret assembly and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong manual dexterity.
  • Flexibility to undertake various tasks as required.
  • Proficient in using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, and soldering irons.
  • Recent experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
