Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. This role will involve building and administering CRM systems for external clients, working closely with the Senior team and contributing to the company's growth and expertise.
About the Role
This is a permanent position with a starting salary of £40,000 and benefits including Wellness, Discounted Gym Membership, Career growth plans, and 25 days of Holiday. The role involves a hybrid working arrangement with 4 days in the Birmingham office and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and administering CRM systems for external clients
- Working closely with the Senior team to achieve growth and expertise
- Contributing to the company's marketing strategies and campaigns
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven background in software sales and CRM system administration
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
