Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Torquay and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
  • Attending lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor lift repairs
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with our clients
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota
  • Solving issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations
  • Working independently to resolve problems and improve service delivery
