{"About the Role": "We're looking for a talented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Salary Finance. As a key member of our Quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Conducting thorough quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality enhancements
* Developing and maintaining quality control processes and procedures
* Providing training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we're looking for someone who is:

* Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization in an open office
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills

If you have experience using Excel and have a background in Quality Assurance, we'd love to hear from you

The Typical Interview Process:

* Phone call with our Talent Manager (20 minutes)
* Video interview with Senior Quality Associate/Manager (30 minutes)
* Case Study to give you a taster of the role (35 minutes)
* In-person interview with Hiring Manager and/or Head of Department (60 minutes)
