Our client, a family-run business, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts and proficiency in using Alto software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage accounts, chasing invoices, paying contractors, and paying landlords in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the tenancy process from start to finish, including tenant referencing, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting check-ins and check-outs.
- Conduct regular property inspections and visits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Alto or CFP software is essential for success in this role.
