Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at THE PIG Hotels (Home Grown Hotels). As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our four kitchen sections and contributing to the creation of our menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your designated kitchen section.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other senior culinary team members to develop and implement new menu ideas.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
