Senior Group Accounting Manager

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Accounting Manager to join our team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our corporate tax team, you will be responsible for managing the corporation tax affairs of a diverse client portfolio.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax compliance, with experience in managing complex tax planning and accounting projects. You will work closely with our partners on stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the corporation tax affairs of a diverse client portfolio
  • Work closely with partners on stand-alone tax advisory projects
  • Supervise and review work undertaken by the tax team
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members

Requirements

  • CTA and/or CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
  • Similar experience in a Senior Management level position
  • Strong background in corporate tax compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
