About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Architect/ Architectural Technician to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will be responsible for managing projects, leading a small-medium sized team, and ensuring that all deadlines are met to a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead a small-medium sized team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to deliver exceptional building and spaces.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • ARB Registered/ CIAT accredited or working towards.
  • Substantial years UK-based experience and a full understanding of the UK planning policies and building regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in Revit, Adobe, and Sketchup.
  • Previous experience in sectors similar to those mentioned above.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
