This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within the depot, providing essential administrative and logistical support across various departments.
Your Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Kilsyth depot team.
- Accurately calculate and process employee wages in a timely manner, adhering to established payroll procedures.
- Manage the My Time system for the department, ensuring accurate time recording and reporting.
- Address inquiries related to timesheets from employees, supervisors, and project sites.
- Reconcile and allocate timesheets to specific projects or cost centers as required.
- Process goods receipts and manage inventory effectively.
- Review and process vehicle-related charges and addons.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, ensuring timely payment processing.
- Allocate subcontractor payments accurately to the appropriate projects or business units.
- Support the close-out actions for BES UK projects.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in IT systems and a working knowledge of purchase ledger functions.
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
