Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laborer to join our Pressure Control Team at IKM Testing UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Pressure Control Team in all activities related to hoses, manifolds, and test cabins, as well as supporting testing works of client valves.
  • Perform general laboring duties as required, including forklift movements, deliveries, and collections.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by reporting any unsafe acts or issues found and adhering to IKM procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts by participating in daily Workshop Tool Box Talks and assisting other teams within the department as required.
  • Support the upkeep of the yard, stores, and workshop areas by maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Travel to other locations as required by the company, including international travel.
Requirements
  • Full Clean UK Driving License is required.
  • Forklift license is preferred.
  • Manual Handling experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a manual labor role is preferred, as well as experience in pressure testing and warehouse/stores environments.

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm are required.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams is crucial.
  • Good diplomacy skills are necessary.
  • Proactive with a high attention to detail is essential.
