CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team in East & South Devon.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a range of commercial contracts, providing essential maintenance and repair services for air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of commercial air conditioning equipment, including split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, and other HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Your duties will encompass both preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems for our clients.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of building services and electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer with a proven track record in the field. You will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum)
  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 Certification
  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working
  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
  • On-Call Rota availability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device
  • Full Driver's License
