Administrative Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for all data inquiries within the group, facilitating collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal and external database systems
  • Overseeing administrative functions related to team meetings, including:
    • Preparing agendas
    • Liaising with meeting participants
    • Recording attendance
    • Documenting minutes and action items
    • Monitoring action completion
    • Coordinating room bookings
  • Clinic management for outpatient services, including appointment scheduling and interpreter arrangements

Work collaboratively with team members to provide coverage during absences and enhance team resilience. Maintain an organized and efficient system for all administrative tasks.
