Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment. As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the residential conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date diaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Filing and Database Management: Sort and file documents, and maintain the internal database to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, or in person to provide excellent customer service.
- Software Utilization: Utilize LEAP software and the land registry portal to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to fee earners, including preparing documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years' previous experience in a conveyancing department, preferably in a residential conveyancing role.
- Skills: Excellent spelling and grammar, accurate and fast typing speed, and strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
