Omega Resource Group is currently collaborating with a leading provider in the electrical and solar energy sector to find a qualified Solar Installation Supervisor. This role will oversee operations across various regions.


The Solar Installation Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of solar panel installers, ensuring that all installations meet the high-quality standards expected in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the solar installation teams, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and providing on-site training.
  • Educating team members on installation techniques, quality benchmarks, and new product offerings as necessary.
  • Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards within the installation teams.
  • Working closely with the scheduling department to ensure efficient operations and a motivated workforce.
  • Conducting regular quality assessments on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) certification.
