Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed diagnostics and reporting technical concerns related to equipment performance, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Executing machine audits and training in the operation of equipment.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Arranging and supporting the installation and commissioning of machines and additional hardware.
- Working closely with customers, sales, engineering, and operations to continuously improve and develop value-added solutions.
- Supporting the out-of-hours on-call rota when required.
Requirements:
- Electrical qualification (18th Edition, HNC, C&G, ONC)
- Full UK driving license
- Previous diagnostics/maintenance experience on special purpose machinery
