Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electronic Design Engineer to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of high-tolerance electronic instrumentation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of electronic instrumentation products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior design engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
