Job Title: Client Service Technician

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the hygiene industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Technician to join our team at PHS Group Ltd.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting customers' premises in the Camberwell area to collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins, and to replenish other PHS products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver hygiene products to customers' premises
  • Unload waste and stock up on PHS products at the local depot
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
Requirements:
  • Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months (subject to insurance requirements)
  • Maximum of 6 points on your driving license
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio
