Assistant Merchandiser - Brands and Retail

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and organised Assistant Merchandiser to join our team. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing a supply base, analysing sales, and planning product ranges. You will work closely with the Buying and Design teams to ensure that your department is buying the right product in the right quantities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a supply base and analyse sales data to inform product range planning
  • Work with the Buying and Design teams to ensure accurate product range planning
  • Maintain accurate Merchandising systems and plan product ranges
  • Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and trend data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Highly numerate and commercial in thinking
  • Approachable and motivational leadership style
