Surrey Contract Manager

Our company, Parkwood Holdings Limited, has a strong presence in the UK market, offering innovative solutions for the total management and maintenance of the green environment.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a strong Contract Manager who has perseverance, entrepreneurial appetite, and is self-motivated to manage several key clients, monitor and provide accurate Key Performance Indicators every month, and deliver services in Surrey and surrounding areas.
The PersonThe successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of seeking out and winning new business, managing teams, driving productivity, and ensuring that the workforce provides a quality service. The candidate will need to be able to work with commercial and non-commercial clients, have a strategic outlook of the contract to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies, and be fully responsible for contract accounts and the production of weekly and monthly reports.
