Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Specialist Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with urological conditions, including those with complex needs.
  • Lead Nurse-Led Clinics: Develop and implement nurse-led clinics in line with identified protocols and clinical guidance, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with the medical team, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Contribute to the development and review of written policies, protocols, and guidance relevant to the patient group, ensuring best practice and compliance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Clinical Skills: Proven experience in urology nursing, with a strong understanding of clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading and contributing to the development of nurse-led clinics and services.
