Red Recruitment is seeking highly motivated Sales Consultants to join our client, a company dedicated to providing families with financial protection for their loved ones through a range of insurance options.

This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products, providing accurate information to customers, and meeting individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance.

Key Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, increasing to £33,000 after 6 months
  • OTE of £50,000 - £85,000
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a sales role or customer service environment (preferably in a call centre)
