Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Saxlingham Hall, a residential and palliative care home in Norfolk. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a quality menu that meets the dietary needs of our residents
  • Liaise with residents to create home-cooked, family favourite dishes
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Good organisational skills and knowledge of good kitchen practices
  • City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications preferred, but not essential
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.75
  • 20 hours per week, including alternate weekends
