Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our prestigious department store, Harrods. You will be the face of our brand, providing a positive shopping experience for our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing product knowledge and sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining high store standards, including visual merchandising and display activities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department and store targets, supporting the management team in achieving company goals.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and undertake training proposed by the company, internal or external, to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
