Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £35,000-£42,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our well-established team in Liverpool. Our RIBA chartered practice offers services through all RIBA stages of Commercial, Residential, and Education projects.

The successful Project Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will enjoy running projects across all RIBA stages. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the wider team to deliver projects that meet their needs.
  3. Manage a small team of architects and ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current UK building regulations and ensure compliance in all projects.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification.
  • ARB registered.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
