Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience in office work and administration.
  • Experience in data capture of Gift Aid, supporter preferences, and suppressions to produce rich and meaningful data sets.
  • Strong organisational and evaluation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
