Database Systems Administrator

At People's Partnership, we're on a mission to create a financial adventure where everyone's a winner. As a Database Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in fueling this adventure by developing and maintaining an effective IT Database function that supports our group's activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an effective IT Database function that supports the needs of the group's activities.
- Provide effective access to corporate data and maintain the security and integrity of data items and their control environment.
- Deliver guidance, support, and system solutions to enable continued operation and growth of the business.
- Implement and monitor the group's access control policy in line with legal and company requirements.
- Advise on the selection and acquisition of database software and establish and manage database standards.
- Experience in Microsoft environments.
- Database design and optimization skills.
- SQL Server database operating experience.
- Ability to manage, configure, and optimize database environments.
- Microsoft certification or equivalent in database administration.
