Digital Product Design Lead

At Boundlessfellows, we're seeking a seasoned Digital Product Design Lead to spearhead the development of innovative digital products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through strategic design decisions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of digital products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Develop and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices, design principles, and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, design methodologies, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
  • Work closely with business development teams to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the development of design standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistency across products and teams.


Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong background in product management, leadership, and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital products, with a focus on user-centered design, innovation, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in coding languages, with experience in software development, product ownership, and technical leadership.
