About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Despatch Operatives to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibility will be loading customer orders using advanced systems that guarantee exceptional service. You'll work within a chilled environment (0 to +3°C), handling various products including groceries and beverages.

This position demands physical stamina as you'll be on your feet throughout your shift. However, it offers excellent opportunities for personal growth and development within a dynamic company.

Shift Information
  • Day Shifts: 16:00
  • Night Shifts: 05:00 - 06:05

You will work a 4-day week, covering all 7 days including weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates:

  • Day Rate: £11.62 per hour, Overtime over 36 hours: £14.53 per hour - Post Shift Overtime: £17.43 per hour
  • Night Rate: £13.62 per hour, Overtime over 36 hours: £16.53 per hour - Post Shift Overtime: £19.43 per hour

A productivity bonus is available, rewarding your hard work and dedication.

Overtime is paid at time and a quarter for all hours worked over 36 hours.
