Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician - Roadside Specialist to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician - Roadside Specialist, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns, diagnosing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend breakdowns and diagnose issues with vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work closely with the breakdown team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of breakdowns
  • Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues
  • Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • A customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving license
