We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist to lead our Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) team in Leicestershire. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management, development, and delivery of psycho-social interventions within our substance misuse services.
Role ResponsibilitiesYou will provide clinical guidance, training, and leadership to a team of Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists who facilitate psycho-social interventions with individuals on a Mental Health Treatment Requirement. You will work closely with our Clinical Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist to develop and implement innovative approaches to treatment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering psycho-social interventions to individuals on a Mental Health Treatment Requirement
- Providing clinical guidance and supervision to a team of Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists
- Working closely with our Clinical Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist to develop and implement innovative approaches to treatment
- Contributing to the strategic direction and development of the service
