Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our MEP self-delivery design and build business, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of Mechanical Engineering within projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all work is planned, procured, and executed safely, meeting Kier standards and UK regulations.
- Review and optimize designs for safe, efficient construction. Implement quality control procedures to meet standards and contract requirements.
- Handle change control, manage risks and opportunities, and provide accurate updates on project progress and finances.
- Lead and support your team, set clear expectations, and work together to achieve project goals.
- Foster an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace for your team.
- Prior experience as an Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Mechanical services and safety.
- CSCS and SMSTS accreditation
- A willingness to learn and progress, always seeking out development opportunities.
