Geo Environmental Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for complex environmental projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Geo-Environmental Engineer to contribute to our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. You will be responsible for conducting site investigations, risk assessments, and providing remediation strategies for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site investigations and risk assessments to identify potential environmental hazards
  • Develop and implement remediation strategies to mitigate environmental risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in geo-environmental engineering
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in geo-environmental engineering
  • A strong academic background in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Geology, or Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in ground investigation techniques, data analysis, and report writing
  • A track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications
