Job Title: Technology Risk and Control Officer

Join Citigroup, Inc. as a Technology Risk and Control Officer and contribute to the strategic direction of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with technology changes and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational and compliance risks.
  • Develop and maintain control frameworks and risk management procedures.
  • Provide risk and control assessments and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the review and challenge process for control design and management.
  • Contribute to the development of risk management training programs and materials.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational and compliance risks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in risk management and technology operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Technical skills in MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, and Visual Basic.
