About the Role

We partner with clients across all facets of data value creation: from technical implementations like modern data warehousing to massively scalable analytics and machine learning solutions. We guide our customers in embracing a DataOps culture, championing Agile methodologies and delivering continuous business value.

Our projects span both on-premise and cloud environments, often driving business intelligence and machine learning capabilities, helping clients achieve their Data as a Service aspirations.

As a technical expert, you'll directly engage with clients, showcasing BJSS's deep technical expertise. You'll lead delivery teams by example, providing the insights needed to craft exceptional solutions that exceed client expectations.

You'll mentor others to ensure they grasp the bigger picture and meet our rigorous standards while championing the valuable experience they bring.

You bring extensive experience in the data ecosystem, including:

  • Diverse data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
  • Data modeling approaches
  • Public cloud services like AWS and Azure
  • A deep understanding of security and privacy and their applications in data platform implementations
  • OLTP and analytical warehouses

With experience in Agile methodologies and C-Level stakeholder engagement, you're knowledgeable throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, and a champion of quality.
