Position Overview

Our client, a reputable firm in North Leeds, is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to provide essential administrative support following the retirement of a valued team member. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in secretarial roles and demonstrate proficiency in audio typing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with residential conveyancing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support commercial conveyancing and business sale/transfer processes.
  • Manage documentation related to Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Collaborate closely with the solicitor, providing one-on-one support.
Working Hours

The position requires full-time commitment from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with all duties performed in the office environment.

Additional Information

Parking: Free on-site parking is available for employees.

Salary: The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000.
