Groundworker Specialist

Job Summary:

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join their team for a deep drainage project in the UK. This role involves working on complex drainage systems and installing attenuation tanks as part of a large infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install drainage pipes at depths of 2 meters and beyond, working within a structured team environment.
• Assist in the construction and installation of large-scale attenuation tanks for water management.
• Operate Ride-on Rollers and Forward Tipping Dumpers as needed for the project.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment on site.
• Collaborate with other operatives and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Certification in Ride-on Roller and Forward Tipping Dumper operation (CPCS or NPORS).
• Proven experience in deep drainage and pipelaying.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in civil engineering projects.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under the supervision of site management.
