Primary Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our client school in Stechford. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to children across various year groups, up to Key Stage 2 (KS2).

The successful candidate will work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Your role may also involve planning and preparing lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and cater to different learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching up to Key Stage 2 (KS2) is required.
  • Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
  • Experience working with SEND students is advantageous but not essential.
