Knowledge and experience with Air Handling Units and their control systems are required.

Detailed Role Responsibilities:
The role involves delivering an efficient maintenance service, undertaking a variety of tasks aimed at supporting a high-quality, adaptable, and customer-focused service. This includes Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), repairs, modifications, testing, and installation of engineering services, equipment, and fixtures managed by the Facilities Maintenance Department.
The ideal candidate will be a multi-skilled, electrically inclined technician, willing to work flexible hours to accommodate the service's needs. Experience with Air Handling Units, commercial heating systems, and associated pipework is essential.
The successful candidate will also play a role in enhancing the service, ensuring that the organization’s values and vision are upheld, with a focus on engineering excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
Compliance with statutory and regulatory standards is mandatory, including policies related to Legionella, Electrical Safety, Asbestos, and Permit to Work procedures, all conducted in a professional manner.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability over a five-day workweek (Monday to Friday) and participation in the on-call engineering team to address out-of-hours emergency issues during scheduled weeks.
