Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Technician to join our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd. This role involves the electrical installation and upkeep of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).

Location:
The ideal candidate should be located within a reasonable distance from our operational area and be willing to travel across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire regions.

Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will be a qualified electrician with a robust technical background, ideally with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role. Holding an 18th Edition qualification is essential, and experience in renewable energy systems will be considered a significant advantage.

Compensation Package:
* Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Required Qualifications:
* Must possess 18th Edition qualification
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
  • Demonstrated experience in the installation and maintenance of Solar PV or ASHP
  • Effective troubleshooting skills with a focus on resolving electrical issues
  • Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and protocols during installations
  • Additional certifications in Solar PV or ASHP will be advantageous
