Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join their team. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large, complex, and multinational clients in the UK commercial insurance space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and identify strategies for their risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs.
- Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients.
- Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams.
- Develop and implement plans to grow the client book and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience in the UK commercial insurance market.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
