Resource Futures is seeking a skilled Fieldworker to join our team in the field of waste management. As a Fieldworker, you will play a crucial role in engaging with residents, monitoring recycling quality, and assessing waste management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct doorstep conversations with residents to promote sustainable waste management practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recycling programs in residential areas
  • Assess and improve waste management services in communal properties

Requirements

  • Reliable and detail-oriented individual with a basic understanding of waste management principles
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and communicate effectively with the public
  • Comfortable using smart devices and physically fit to perform fieldwork duties
